I took my 2004 Ford F-150 to Dr. Jack when the temperature got above 90 degrees and the air conditioner quit working. I had taken it to several other mechanics in town and no one could figure out the problem. Dr. Jack got my truck on a Monday morning, and by the end of the day, had figured out the problem. He contacted me and gave me a complete explanation of the problem and a price for the labor and parts to fix it. The part came in on Wednesday morning and I got my truck back that afternoon with ice-cold air. I really appreciate the way that Dr. Jack does business. He diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution, and called me before he fixed anything. He also gave me a six-month six-thousand-mile warranty on the part that he replaced so I know that if there is any problem with my air conditioner, it will be fixed at no charge to me. Jack went the extra mile for me by topping off all my fluids and checking my battery. I plan to keep this truck for a long time and no one else is going to work on it but Dr. Jack.
